Unlike our competitors we do not charge a fee or send your unit to auction. After pickup your locker will be clean and ready to use or cancel those expensive monthly payments.

Do you charge for your services?

No! We do not charge to box or clean your unit. We pay you!

How does the process work?

Give us a call, text or email and send a few pictures. Please make sure the unit is well lit and it shows the entire contents along with a few close up shots. We recommend sending at least 3-5.

Do you buy everything or just select items?

We will take everything and either re-sell or dispose of items with no value. You do not have to worry about cleaning anything out of your unit. We cannot purchase units that are mainly trash, large furniture, appliances or mattresses etc.

What areas do you service?

We are located in the Los Angeles are but serve the entire United States.

Do you bring boxes? Do you pack everything or do I need to help?

Yes! We bring all needed supplies and man power. You do not have to do anything or even be on site.

What do you pay per unit?

It depends! Units with collections or other high value items will of course receive a premium while typical household lots will be on the lower end. Contact Us for an estimate.

What else do I need to do after you pickup the unit?

Nothing! Just make sure everything is in order with the facility and you have taken care of the rental agreement
or any other paperwork required to close down the unit.
